We believe that you should only pay for real results. Our platform utilizes an automated credit and payment protection system to keep interactions fair, secure, and spam-free.
- Message or application ignored for 15 days
- Candidate or job poster account confirmed as spam/fake
- Job post cancelled before candidates are viewed
- Platform-based payments held securely until lesson delivery
- Contact details successfully exchanged
- Active chat/conversation has started
- Applied to a post as a free candidate
- Failure to attend mutually scheduled external trials
Credits Usage
Seekooh Pro uses a platform utility token system called "Credits" or "Coins". Credits are used exclusively to unlock features such as viewing candidate applications, boosting profiles, or contacting members.
Credits are non-refundable and hold no monetary value outside the platform unless specified under a particular marketing offer. However, in the interest of fairness, if a paid action fails to lead to any profile view or response within 15 days, a full automated refund of the consumed credits is returned to your wallet.
Dispute Resolution
If you encounter any issues with lessons, trial classes, or payments processed through Seekooh Pro, you can raise a dispute directly with our support team.
Our team will review the dispute based on platform activity records, communication logs, and submissions. Approved dispute refunds are credited back to the original payment method or as platform credits within 7 working days.
