One Account Per Person

Seekooh operates on a strict one-account-per-individual policy. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, credits, or visibility is strictly prohibited and leads to permanent suspension.

Your Safety is Your Responsibility

Seekooh provides a connection platform. While we monitor for bad actors, you are responsible for verifying users before sharing sensitive details or completing payments off-platform.

Platform Monitoring & Suspension

We actively monitor platform activity to keep the community safe. Accounts that violate these terms, engage in spam, or exploit the credit system can be suspended at any time, potentially resulting in the loss of unused credits.

2. For Students & Parents

Students and parents should follow these guidelines to get the most out of Seekooh:

• Do not share private contact information (phone, email, address) directly within public job posts.
• Conduct thorough interviews and verify tutor qualifications before hiring.
• Prefer platform-documented payment methods for security and record-keeping.
• Avoid large advance payments without a clear service agreement or milestone plan.

3. For Teachers / Tutors

Teachers use Seekooh to grow their visibility. To maintain a professional profile:

• Provide accurate credentials and experience in your profile.
• Only share contact details once a formal inquiry has been made by an employer.
• Manage your own payment agreements and refund policies transparently.
• Always treat students/parents or institutes with professional courtesy.

4. For Institutes

Institutes are expected to maintain professional hiring standards:

• Do not share any contact information (phone, email, address, links) directly within your job ad.
• Ensure all job listings are accurate, genuine, and include fair compensation ranges.
• Do not post duplicate jobs or spam the marketplace to gain unfair visibility.
• Verify your institute's credentials if requested by the Seekooh team.

5. Payments & Credits

Credit is a new currency on Seekooh.Credits help users connect, apply, and boost profiles; and they pay each other directly unless they use Pay via Seekooh for safer payment handling.

6. Agreements & Disputes

Seekooh is an online platform that connects users and is not responsible for private agreements, direct payments, or disputes; We provide each user an option to report, review, or block others when needed.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as the platform evolves. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use of Seekooh constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
