4. Payments & Seekooh Credits

Seekooh Credits are our in-platform currency used for selected services and features. Credits have no cash value outside Seekooh.

• Seekooh does not store full payment-card details on its servers.
• We may receive payment status, amount, currency and transaction/reference information.
• This information may be used for payment support, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud prevention and verification.
