  • Our support team strictly check the registered users, if found suspicious we immediately suspend that account.
  • If users submit us their concerns about fake or suspicious users, we strictly verify the details and if found guilty, we immediate suspend that account.

If any tutor does not reply, you can try contacting others or repost your ad. You can also contact our support team to arrange your desired tutors.
Yes, you can report or review the tutors. Just go to the tutor's profile and submit your review. You can also report your complaints against a particular tutor.
